Allen provided exemplary leadership and continuity to my management team and the wider organisation during his part time interim tenure (10 months) as HR Director following the departure of the previous postholder.  He rapidly established confidence through his open nature, measured approach, sound judgement, and consistent professionalism. His ability to offer strategic insight while maintaining robust operational oversight ensured that key HR priorities progressed without interruption. Allen provided clear communication, balanced decision‑making, and constructive engagement with senior leaders and staff alike which have been instrumental in sustaining organisational stability.  His contribution during this transitional period has been of significant value and has strengthened the effectiveness of our HR function here at Miltenyi in the UK and Ireland.
